Education is not just about earning a certificate—it is about transforming lives, building confidence, creating opportunities, and shaping the future of a nation. This belief has guided my journey as an educator, entrepreneur, and social worker.

I founded Kathmandu Montessori Training Center- 2014 AD with a vision to provide quality Montessori teacher training and promote excellence in early childhood education across Nepal. As the educational needs of students, teachers, and professionals continued to grow, we established Kathmandu Professional Institute (KPI Nepal) - 2016 ADto expand our educational mission by offering career-oriented and professional skill development programs.

Today, Kathmandu Montessori Training Center proudly operates under the supervision of Kathmandu Professional Institute (KPI Nepal) and continues to serve as its sister company, working together with the shared vision of improving education, developing skilled professionals, and creating employment opportunities throughout Nepal.

KPI Nepal proudly offers a wide range of nationally and internationally recognized training programs, including:

* Early Childhood Development Facilitator (ECDF)
* Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training
* Public Speaking and Personality Development
* Abacus Teacher Training
* Short Online Courses from Australia through Upschool
* Professional Teacher Training and Skill Development Programs

One of the proudest milestones of my journey has been inviting internationally renowned educator Gavin McCormack from Australia to collaborate with us. Together, we continue to organize educational seminars, teacher development programs, online training, and leadership initiatives that inspire educators, schools, and learners throughout Nepal.

As part of our social commitment, we have supported the establishment of 12 schools and libraries across Nepal in collaboration with local governments and educational communities. We firmly believe that every child deserves access to quality education regardless of their location or background.

Our contribution extends beyond training. We have successfully provided job opportunities to more than 1,000 graduates and trainees, helping them build successful careers in schools, Montessori centers, childcare organizations, and educational institutions throughout Nepal. Even after graduation, we continue supporting our students through career guidance, job placement assistance, and professional networking.

Through our guidance, mentorship, and educational leadership, many schools, Montessori centers, and teacher training institutions have been successfully established across Nepal, contributing significantly to the development of the country’s education sector.

Keeping pace with modern education, we have launched our Online Diploma in Montessori Teacher Training and Online Early Childhood Development Facilitator (ECDF) programs, making quality teacher education accessible to aspiring educators across Nepal and around the world.

Our mission is simple yet powerful—to empower teachers, inspire learners, create employment opportunities, strengthen educational institutions, and contribute to Nepal’s education system through innovation, quality training, and lifelong learning.

I extend my heartfelt gratitude to our students, educators, schools, institutions, local governments, national and international partners, and well-wishers for their trust and continuous support. Together, we will continue building a stronger, smarter, and more educated Nepal for future generations.
