Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate lessons according to the school curriculum.
* Teach foundational literacy, numeracy, and life skills.
* Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Assess and monitor students’ academic progress through classwork, assignments, tests, and observations.
* Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student performance.
* Encourage positive behavior, discipline, and respect among students.
* Identify students who need additional support and provide appropriate guidance.
* Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student progress and development.
Requirements & Qualifications
